You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your ph95 account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ph95 of unauthorized access.
ph95 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account.
All transactions on ph95 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph95 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
Deposits are credited to your ph95 account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph95 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. ph95 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. ph95 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph95 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph95 content without prior written consent from ph95. Any unauthorized use of ph95 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph95 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph95's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph95 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph95 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph95 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.
ph95 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using ph95, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph95 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. ph95 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.
ph95 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
ph95 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published player complaint procedures.
